In short: a professional experience with a sense of caring. Changing paperwork from Michigan laws to Texas felt overwhelming until finding the Hailey-Petty Law firm. The initial, as well as subsequent conversation(s) with the receptionist were reassuring and helpful. I preferred to do the preparation work virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
