David Morales

David Morales has over 9 years of experience in problem-solving, leadership, and
customer satisfaction in both public and private settings. He holds a bachelor’s degree
in business management from the Military University of Colombia. He has also
completed several courses in soft skills, leadership, coaching, and data analysis. David
believes that empathy and standardized procedures are the cornerstones of successful
teamwork.
 
David is an aviation enthusiast; loves running, playing the guitar, and traveling with his
wife, Milena.
