Associate Attorney
Jessica Rojas Quesada is an associate attorney at Hailey-Petty Law Firm, where she focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Jessica moved to Texas to pursue her education at St. Mary’s University, where she earned her degree in Economics and Accounting & Data Analytics. She began her career as an accountant at a local CPA firm, gaining valuable experience in tax strategy, maximizing deductions, and reducing liabilities.
Driven to better serve her community, Jessica returned to St. Mary’s to earn her law degree. During law school, she co-founded the Business Law Society and gained hands-on experience through clinics such as the Center for Legal and Social Justice, SALSA’s Wills Clinic, VITA, and the Divorce Clinic.
Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and guide a diverse range of clients with clarity and confidence.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions with a practical, well-rounded approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing tennis, and meeting new people through chess.
